The NATO Italian community hosted their annual festival on base today. Dozens of booths each representing the different regions of Italy. Lots of cheese, pasta, bread, olive oil, prosciutto, espresso and vino. The quote of the day was at the Parma booth. After sampling a bite of Parma ham, Nate asked, “why does the pig have an apple in his mouth?” hmmm…Mom and Dad couldn’t answer that one.
Plenty of rides and fun!
We also caught Jordan with the camera…she avoids Mom when the camera is out. She was baited in by Euro in Dad’s wallet!
We also spotted some Italian wheels, a fine looking Fiat Cinquecento (500).
